‘Communication Tube’ is a menswear graduation collection, which is inspired by the youth subcultures of the 80s in Russia and the image of the artistic identity of that time, being under the influence of the non-free suppressing society.
In 2017 Antonina Sedakova's men's graduation collection "Communication Tube" was presented at the Näytös graduation show organized by Aalto University in Helsinki.
In 2018, Antonina presented this collection again, but with new accessories and a new look. The designer also developed additional products for the "Tekstiili18" textile exhibition, also organized by Aalto University. In addition, several looks from the collection were presented at the "Fashion Friday" exhibition at the Kiasma Museum. It was the first fashion exhibition in the history of this museum.
In the summer of 2018, Antonina this collection took part in the "33rd Hyères Fashion, Accessories & Photography", where she was chosen as one of the 10 participants among such designers as Rushemy Botter, Ester Manas and others. At the competition, the collection received a prize in the form of a collaboration with the famous Chinese clothing brand Exception de Mixmind.
From November 8, 2021 to March 13, 2022, the "Communication Tube" collection took part in the "Intimacy" exhibition at the "Design Museum" in the center of Helsinki.
